Tracey Cumbers

Tracey has more than 35 years’ experience working in the health and community care sectors specialising in areas of pathology, acute trauma, home care and disability.

As Chief Operating Officer of Help at Home by Montefiore, Tracey leads a team of dedicated staff who work to meet the specific needs of our clients while delivering exceptional service. Tracey is heavily involved in the development of business across the Disability, Community, Aged Care and Not For Profit sectors.

Tracey also brings extensive experience in contract negotiations, designing assessment centres and service delivery of projects ranging from volume recruitment to selection and assessment of current employees. Her expertise in tendering, securing, implementing and account managing many preferred supplier agreements is instrumental in the expansion plans of the Help at Home business.

Tracey is focused on growing the current business, expanding into new sectors and taking Help at Home to the next level of service delivery for our clients.
