Training and Development

Montefiore is committed to and supports the ongoing training and development of all staff across every department. We offer an extensive array of courses focused on enhancing staff skills and capability, supporting staff to realise their career objectives. These include, but are not limited to:

  • A comprehensive in-person orientation training program for all new starters
  • Leadership and management programs
  • Onboarding and annual development training days for Registered Nurses and Assistants in Nursing
  • Practical manual handling training
  • Customer service workshops
  • English language support classes
