Lara Docrwra

Lara has over 17 years’ experience working in quality roles within both aged care and health industries. Prior to joining the Montefiore team, Lara most recently worked as Quality, Risk and Compliance Specialist for Wesley Mission Residential Aged Care. Prior to this, Lara held the position of Quality and Compliance Manager at Fresh Hope Care. With strong capabilities in leadership and accreditation, she has been an instrumental in supporting organisations through accreditations and sites visits. Lara is highly experienced in the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures, auditing and quality processes.
