Executive Team

Thomas brings extensive experience across acute care, community disability, and aged care services. With strong clinical foundations and expertise in quality, risk, and compliance, he has a deep understanding of the regulatory and governance frameworks that support safe, high-quality care.

 

Before joining Montefiore, Thomas was Senior Manager – Quality at HomeMade, leading a national quality portfolio and preparing the organisation for the Strengthened Quality Standards and new Aged Care Act. He holds Masters degrees in Gerontology and Health Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Nursing, with additional qualifications in dementia care.
