Karen Milonakis

Karen is a senior HR Professional with close to two decades of experience working across a range of industries. She has extensive experience in all aspects of human resource management, including employee and industrial relations, project delivery, coaching and people/talent leadership, performance advice, recruitment, and HR and business strategy.  

She is a collaborative and driven leader with a high level of business acumen, confident decision-making skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and exceptional relationship management skills. Joining the team in 2025, Karen is looking forward to bringing her skills and expertise to Montefiore’s diverse and high-performing workforce.
