Jonathan Chapman

Jonathan is an experienced finance leader with a background across the public, private, and not‑for‑profit sectors, spanning industries such as education, healthcare, health insurance, energy, and professional services. He is committed to driving efficiencies through process re‑engineering and improved reporting, and has led key functions including strategic planning, commercial negotiation, procurement, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

A Chartered Accountant, certified project manager, and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jonathan joined Montefiore in 2026 as General Manager Finance, supporting the Director of Finance and Risk and overseeing finance, accounts payable, compliance reporting, annual audit, statutory reporting, and Board reporting.
