Herma Waters

Herma is the General Manager of Residential Care – East and brings over 31 years of nursing experience, with experiences in a diverse background of acute care, residential aged care, community care, independent living in Australia and overseas. Her extensive experiences includes roles such as Director of Care, Quality and Risk, and Executive Manager Clinical Services and Independent Living.

Herma holds numerous qualifications, including a Master’s in Nursing, a Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma in Dementia, Certificates in  lV in Training and Assessment, Palliative Care and Frontline Management.

Herma has demonstrated exceptional leadership in implementing successful quality and risk programs and achieving full re-accreditation for multiple sites. Most recently, she has held the position of Director of Care at St Basil’s, where she oversaw Residential Services, Community, and Independent Living Units.
