Candi is a registered nurse with over 25 years’ experience working in clinical redesign, innovation, quality, risk, accreditation and high-level strategic project and change management. Candi has had leadership and management roles in the private and public health sectors including St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, Southeast Sydney Local Health District, Monash IVF, myHomecare and HomeMade Support.

Having led teams in rehabilitation, aged and palliative care, home care and hospital in the home, Candi brings her extensive experience to enhance the lives of Montefiore residents.

In her role overseeing Residential Services, Candi is passionate about providing the highest quality, personalised care for residents.
