Anna Santikos

Anna is a Human Resources professional with over 17 years’ experience spanning healthcare and construction. She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics before undertaking further postgraduate study at Sydney University, where she earned her Master of Labour Law and Relations.

With an extensive knowledge of workforce planning, learning and development and talent management strategies, Anna joined Montefiore in 2009. She is responsible for human resources, staff wellbeing, and learning and development functions. Her current role also oversees the development and implementation of strategic workforce objectives, ensuring the achievement of organisational and service requirements. Anna is passionate about identifying and implementing initiatives and programs that place Montefiore as ‘An Employer of Choice’, supporting a skilled, and motivated workforce.
