Montefiore recognised as an exceptional employer

Montefiore is thrilled to receive two awards in the Xref Workplace Awards 2023, the Change Champion Award and Best Workplace Award.

The Change Champion Award recognises organisations that have made exceptional improvements in work practices and employee engagement. The Best Workplace Award recognises workplaces who have excellent management practices and a highly engaged workforce.

These awards follow the exceptional results in our fifth Employee Engagement Survey conducted in August and September 2023 with Xref Engage, with significant increases in overall staff satisfaction and engagement. 

Key results from the survey include: 

• 89% of staff find their work gives them a feeling of personal accomplishment 
• 85% of staff rank their wellbeing at Montefiore as high, 11% higher than the industry average 
• 92% of staff perceive high levels of resident and client satisfaction, 15% higher than the industry average 
• 92% of staff have a positive perception of organisation progress, 13% higher than the industry average
