Reporting to the CIO, the objective of this role is to provide and assist with implementing technological solutions to improve a business process or system. You may either be responsible for building these tech solutions yourself or manage their development through collaboration with internal/external system architects, programmers or developers. Critically, by utilising agile methodology, you will actively seek to identify pressure points and inefficiencies within the business and confidently offer robust solutions. To be successful in this role you will provide excellent customer service and demonstrate critical thinking skills. You will have sound knowledge of an array of IT resources and enjoy keeping abreast of rapid change within the industry.
