This is a permanent full-time or part-time (four days per week) position. Some afterhours work will be required during the Jewish festivals. Reporting to the Spiritual & Cultural Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:Coordinating all aspects of the Spiritual and Cultural departmentLiaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective running of events and activitiesCoordinating, managing and implementing all aspects of Shabbat and Jewish Festivals, including supporting the intergenerational programs The successful candidate, at a minimum, will possess the following skillset:Exceptional oral and written communication skillsThe ability to juggle multiple priorities Is efficient, takes initiative, and is a self-starterIntermediate to advanced computer skills Ideally has experience in event coordination We would love to hear from you if you have a genuine desire to work with older members of our community, are compassionate and have brilliant interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
