A current opportunity exists for those seeking full time, permanent employment. The Role:This key role will have you working closely with highly skilled and committed multi-disciplinary teams including our Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologist, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Therapy Assistants. Together, the team and the organisation are working to exceed the standards of Aged Care provision in Australia.Essential Criteria:Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration as an Occupational Therapist with APHRADemonstrated advanced clinical skills in assessment, functional retraining, pressure area care, cognitive assessment, seating and wheelchair prescription, falls prevention and equipment prescriptionEfficient time management and priority setting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well within a teamDemonstrated ability to effectively work independentlyAbility to work across sites as requiredCurrent NSW drivers’ licence and own transport as travel may be required between our sitesWe would love to hear from you if you are compassionate, enjoy liaising with people and providing an outstanding customer journey and are looking for a rewarding work/life balance.About Us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
