Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. You will combine your deep Salesforce knowledge with the ability to understand our people, processes and data, ensuring the platform continues to deliver meaningful outcomes across the organisation.Reporting to the General Manager Community Engagement, the Salesforce Administrator will be our primary internal contact for day-to-day administration and user support. You will maintain the system, help staff use it well, improve data quality, and build reliable reports and dashboards. You will also document business needs and work within agreed governance and change-control processes to make practical, sustainable improvements.Essential:Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials and at least three years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.Practical experience configuring users, security and permissions, objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards and Flow automation.Experience with data imports and exports, cleansing, duplicate management and data quality.Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and escalate matters beyond the role’s scope.Ability to gather and document business requirements and turn approved needs into maintainable Salesforce solutions.Strong communication, active listening and stakeholder relationship skills, with close attention to detail.Desirable:Experience administering a customised Salesforce environment.Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).We would love to hear from you if you are a thoughtful and service-minded professional who listens with intent, asks insightful questions and enjoys helping people navigate challenges and opportunities. Montefiore is looking to recruit a Salesforce Administrator I to support teams and business areas that rely on Salesforce every day.

Salesforce is one of Montefiore’s core business systems, supporting our Admissions, Foundation, Marketing, Volunteers and Independent Living Unit teams. Success in this role requires more than technical expertise.
