This is an essential position within the organisation and is an opportunity to provide quality concierge services, to act as the Emergency Coordinator and to provide clinical support to Montefiore’s residential care units.Your ability to monitor compliance with security procedures and policies and your effective communication skills will be essential along with your clinical skills. You will be responsive by nature and have a service orientated, helpful and friendly but professional approach.Some key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage Concierge operations during each shift, including responding to in person and telephone enquiriesAct in the capacity of Emergency Coordinator and respond to and manage all emergency call and alarm activationsAudit and maintain the contents of the emergency bag and equipment to ensure that these meet requirementsMonitor carpark security and entrance and exit controlsUndertake security-based property inspections every 2 hours and record as completed once all areas have been inspectedPromoting the Choice, Dignity and Wellbeing of all residents and consumersEstablishing and maintaining professional relationships with consumers, family members and staffEssential Criteria:Minimum of 12 months post-graduation experience working as a Registered Nurse in AustraliaCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Current CPR qualificationECO trainedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate level of computer literacyAbout You:You will be a team player, have strong clinical capabilities, be able to demonstrate initiative, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a genuine passion for working within the aged care sector. M by Montefiore is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Independent Living Unit in Randwick in a permanent part-time capacity. Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 12 months post-graduation experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current CPR qualification
  • ECO trained
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy
