In this pivotal role, you’ll support our commitment to excellence by driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance, and helping shape the delivery of safe, person-centred care.Reporting to the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will work collaboratively across departments to design, implement, engage with and monitor systems that enhance quality and safety for our residents. You’ll  be responsible for maintaining policies, procedures, and resources that align with best practice and regulatory requirements. Quality and Compliance Leads can also play a supportive role when required in developing and delivering targeted education, in conjunction with our Clinical Governance Team.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating and facilitating internal and external auditsInvestigating complaints, incidents or emerging trends, and guiding responsive actionsProviding guidance and support to colleagues who are managing, or reporting incidents as part of the Serious Incident Response SchemeReviewing quality activities and ensuring accurate reporting for the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program.Analysing quality and compliance data to help provide informed insights that support Continuous Improvement across the organisationSupporting the rollout of new systems and organisation-wide initiativesContributing to committees and working groups, mentoring colleagues, and staying across aged care reforms to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centred servicesAbout you:You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised, with very strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders and thrive on using your clinical and quality expertise to make a meaningful impact. A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join Montefiore’s Quality and Compliance Department.
