In this pivotal role, you’ll support our commitment to excellence by driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance, and helping shape the delivery of safe, person-centred care.Reporting to the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will work collaboratively across departments to design, implement, and monitor systems that enhance quality and safety. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining policies, procedures, and resources that align with best practice and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating and facilitating internal and external auditsInvestigating complaints or emerging trends, and guiding responsive actionsReviewing quality activities ensuring accurate reporting for the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program, feedback and incident management.Supporting the rollout of new systems and organisation-wide initiativesContributing to committees and working groups, mentoring colleagues, and staying across aged care reforms to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centred servicesAbout you:You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders and thrive on using your clinical and quality expertise to make a meaningful impact. A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join Montefiore’s Quality and Compliance Department.
