Montefiore has established a new Quality and Compliance Lead â Community Aged Care position within its respected and well-established Quality & Compliance team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll support our commitment to excellence in aged care and disability services. This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening quality systems, supporting audit readiness, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and related legislation.
Reporting to the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will work collaboratively across departments to design, implement, engage with and monitor systems that enhance quality and safety. You’ll be responsible for maintaining policies, procedures, and resources that align with best practice and regulatory requirements and assist with developing and/or presenting education as required.

You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised, with very strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders and thrive on using your clinical and quality expertise to make a meaningful impact. With a solid understanding of the quality improvement cycle, you’re confident in interpreting data, preparing and presenting reports, and influencing best practice outcomes.
