As this role will largely be based within our dementia specific unit, experience working with people living with dementia and an interest in working within this space is essential. About you:You will have a genuine interest in working in an aged care environment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills along with excellent clinical capabilities and judgement. As a skilled, AHPRA registered professional, you will be required to maintain high quality professional documentation when care planning, assessing, and providing treatments for our consumers in meeting ACQS validation and auditing purposes and ensure treatment goals and plans are regularly evaluated using accepted outcome measurement tools where possibleAbout us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 135-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
