Award winning and innovative Aged Care Provider, including recipient of Voice Project’s "Best Workplace Award 2021"Wellbeing initiatives along with Employee Recognition lunches and daily staff mealsGenerous leave entitlements including 5 weeks of annual leave and 12 ADOs per annumOpportunity to join a vibrant and close knit teamAn exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing Lead to join our innovative, not-for-profit aged care organisation that spans trusted residential care, flexible home care, luxury retirement living and an active communal base. In this permanent role, you’ll work with a dynamic Marketing & Communications team to help produce consumer and internal brand communications and create engaging written and visual content with a focus on digital channels.   If you thrive on creativity, innovation, and excellence then we would very much like to hear from you. The Role: Reporting to the Group Marketing and Communications Manager, you will work on a wide range of consumer and internal brand communications.  Your key responsibility will be managing our content across various digital platforms and analysingIn addition, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Creating and maintaining a content calendar across sub-brands and channels. Creating and managing distribution of EDMs, including scheduling and analysis. Management of Montefiore’s digital platformsManagement of Montefiore’s media/agency relationships and reportingAnalysis of data insights and initiating recommendations for our digital offeringsCreating engaging, on-brand social media content by using writing, photography and videography. Updating the organisation’s websites using Wordpress. Website analytics and functionalityWhat we require: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications and or media role. Experience in copywriting across digital and social platforms Hands-on experience with digital and social media platforms, email marketing platforms and Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and proofreading skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress. The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders internally and in the wider community and industry sector. This role is based in Randwick and may require travel between our four Sydney metro facilities.
