Your strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success. You will bring a high level of practical and strategic experience with print, digital and social media platforms, complemented by exceptional written communication, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities. Some of your primary objectives (but not limited to) will include:Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of three, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetDriving the Marketing team to collaborate with, internal stakeholders, various organisations, industry, and community to develop, create and write engaging and relevant brand communicationsManaging print and web publications as well as communal, local, and other industry media outletsCreating and maintaining a digital content calendar covering social media and email marketing, liaising with stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure timing and messaging fits with overarching brand communications and the organisation’s strategic prioritiesDelivering monthly marketing reports Measuring the impact of social media and other print, digital and email marketing campaigns, and analyse, review and report on their effectivenessEssential criteria:Tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing/advertising, public relations, or a related fieldProven background in journalism, editorial, or publishing, with experience in interviewing, writing, editing, and producing publicationsExceptional writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive, engaging, and accurate content across print and digital formatsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesPrevious experience managing and leading teamsAwareness of Jewish community, customs, and values, with the ability to reflect these appropriately in communications and stakeholder engagementWillingness to travel to other sites as per operational requirements About you:Along with your software proficiency, you are a creative and innovative thinker who can shape narratives for diverse audiences and who thrives on fostering positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and broader community. About us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 135-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
