Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be instrumental in managing communication and administration of training across the organisation.The role has scope to be offered on either a permanent part-time or permanent full-time basis.Some key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Administration of data in the Learning Management System (LMS)General preparation and administration of face-to-face training Administration duties to support the Learning & Development Department Administration of learning for private companionsCommunication with staff about learning requirements and eventsWhat we require:Excellent communication skills Strong and efficient written communication skillsStrong computer literacyAn exceptional eye for detail Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential informationGood all-round office management and administration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbout Us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
