Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the delivery of ICT programs that enhance business capability, infrastructure resilience, cyber security and service continuity, while ensuring all initiatives directly support the delivery of safe, compliant and high‑quality aged care services. The role will lead a team that will support the embedding of sustainable service management outcomes aligned to ITIL best practice and drives measurable improvements in processes and technology through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles.Specifically, you will lead and shape the delivery of complex ICT programs across infrastructure and cyber security, underpinned by strong PRINCE2‑aligned governance and controls. It manages risk, budgets, dependencies and benefits realisation, contributes to ICT investment prioritisation, and delivers enterprise initiatives across cloud, networks, identity and resilience. The position requires hands‑on analysis and solution design, including uplift of business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, and strong engagement with executives, clinical leaders and vendors to translate technical risk into clear, actionable outcomes.Essential Criteria:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computing/computer scienceDemonstrated experience delivering complex ICT programs with a strong infrastructure and cyber security focusHands‑on experience in business and technical analysis, including requirements definition and process improvementPrevious experience managing and leading a technical teamStrong knowledge of: ICT infrastructure (cloud, hybrid, networks, EUC)Cyber security, risk management, and operational resilienceICT service management principlesPRINCE2 Practitioner/ Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or equivalentITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) or strong ITIL‑based service management experienceDesirable criteria: ADKAR methodology Experience working in Not‑for‑Profit, Aged Care, Health or Human Services environments Along with the essential criteria above, you will demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills and will enjoy engaging with stakeholders and vendors at all levels of the organisation.
