We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our friendly in-house Marketing & Communications team based at our Randwick campus, supporting creative projects across our Randwick, Hunters Hill, and Woollahra sites.This hands-on role will see you designing engaging, high-quality creative across print, digital, and social media. You’ll be part of an exciting and growing organisation with multiple brands under one umbrella, reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring campaigns, publications, and stories to life — from resident events and service launches to community engagement initiatives and brand campaigns.Your day-to-day will include:Designing on-brand creative for ads, publications, EDMs, and digital screens.Producing marketing materials across magazines, newsletters, social media, flyers, posters, signage, and internal comms.Supporting photo and video shoots, managing image libraries, and maintaining brand consistency.Coordinating printers, photographers, and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery.Bringing creativity, warmth, and collaboration to everything you do.What we’re looking for:Formal qualifications in Graphic Design and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.Experience across both print and digital, with bonus points for familiarity with Salesforce Pardot and WordPress.A keen eye for detail, strong time management, and great communication skills.A collaborative team player who loves being part of a supportive, creative environment. Why you’ll love working here:You’ll join a vibrant in-house creative agency where no two days are the same — from designing major campaigns to capturing special resident celebrations.
