Montefiore has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced leader to join the Residential Aged Care team in the position of General Manager Residential Care.
Reporting to the Director of Residential Care & Clinical Governance, and working alongside a second General Manager Residential Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of residential nursing services across our residential care units in Sydney. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the Residential Care strategic plan.

You are an experienced Registered Nurse who can lead proactively and mentor high-performing teams. You will have an understanding and appreciation of the Jewish culture, be consumer focused with high levels of emotional intelligence and people management skills.
