You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the Residential Care strategic plan.The role includes:Providing oversight, guidance, and leadership to our experienced Executive Care Managers and their teams. Maintaining a high level of quality person-centred care.Provide leadership and mentoring to your team in preparation for the implementation of the new Aged Care Act. Overseeing the financial performance and planning of designated Residential Care units. About YouYou are an experienced Registered Nurse who can lead proactively and mentor high-performing teams. You will have an understanding and appreciation of the Jewish culture, be consumer focused with high levels of emotional intelligence and people management skills. A current and unrestricted qualification as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.Strong knowledge and understanding of operating principles, practices, and processes in relation to care services, ideally in an Aged Care environment. Strong commercial acumen including working with operational budgets and financial management.Effective communication (written and verbal) skills, and strong conflict resolution skills.Intermediate level of computer literacy.Ability to lead a team through audits processes.
