Your strategic leadership will guide the Leadership Council in meeting its obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024, ensuring robust governance, continuous improvement, and a culture of safety, dignity, and Resident centred care. Your key responsibilities include: Leading and managing a high-performing team of Quality and Compliance Leads, Document Control Coordinator and Records and Information Specialist. Leading governance and compliance activities including internal audits, National Quality Indicators, incident investigation and root cause analysis. Overseeing the management of Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) reporting.Overseeing and managing the analysis and reporting of surveys, audits, and feedback.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.Maintaining readiness for audits, assessments, and external reviews by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission by monitoring and evaluating clinical and operational performance against the Strengthened Quality Standards.Leading the implementation of National Aged Care reforms and contributing to policy development and reviews.Overseeing provider registration, renewal processes, and compliance with Key Personnel obligations Essential Criteria:Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health Management or Postgraduate qualifications in Quality, Risk, or Governance. In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, Quality Standards, and clinical governance principles.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated success in leading compliance, risk, and quality systems in a complex service environment.Experience with digital quality management systems and data analytics.About you:You are a collaborative and experienced leader with proven leadership experience in quality and compliance within aged care or health services, supported by exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills. The Role:
