The Role:
This leadership position will see you working collaboratively with the Director of Residential Care and Clinical Governance to develop and implement the organisational strategic plan relevant to the Clinical Governance portfolio. Success in this role will require proven capability in overseeing and facilitating clinical education that supports excellence against ACQSC expectations; strengthening IPC management to ensure compliance and best-practice outcomes; planning and delivering improvement initiatives; implementing vaccination programs and clinical systems enhancements; and working collaboratively with your team and key stakeholders. You will have previous managerial experience with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment. You will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills and have a true passion for supporting a culture of continuous quality improvement, education, safeguarding, and compliance.
