This system provides clear, informative and immediate access to real time resident dietary information.  You will be required to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure. The role requires sound judgement, practical thinking and a solution focused approach to daily tasks and unexpected issues. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs is important. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   Overlooking Residents’ Dietary Care Plans daily and ensuring clinical and Allied Health recommendations and documentation are coded and applied correctly so that DDP reflects current information. Conducting audits with the Dietetics and Speech Pathology team.  Meeting with Residents and supporting their dietary needs/preferences/requirement as required. Provide education and support to catering and nursing personnel in understanding the dietary needs of residents and the systems supporting this, including DDP.  Supporting of ongoing development of the DDP.  Essential Criteria:  Effective written and verbal communication skills.  Excellent computer literacy including formatting Excel and Word documents, accurate and efficient data entry, and learning bespoke software such as our Digital Dietary Platform (DDP) and electronic medical record system. High attention to detail with the ability to adopt new skills/information at a fast pace.  Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve and achieve goals within established timeframes.  Effective time management and organisational skills.  Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgement and practical reasoning. Ability to maintain performance and accuracy when working under pressure, and to adjust to changing priorities and operational needs. Ability to manage conflict constructively and contribute to resolution in a professional and respectful manner. Preferable Qualities: Awareness of IDDSI Guidelines. Experience working with electronic medical record systems or equivalent. This role would suit a highly capable administrator who approaches every interaction as an opportunity to support safe, person‑centred care for residents.
