Our dedicated team empowers older adults from diverse backgrounds to enhance their wellbeing and continue living independently at home for longer.We are looking to appoint an Executive Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the service. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and client-centred services that meet organisational standards and objectives. You will drive the implementation of the service’s strategic plan, lead operational planning processes, and work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders. Desirable Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Allied Health or Nursing
  • Previous experience working within an aged care/health or social services setting
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Understanding of Jewish values, heritage and culture
