Additionally, you will be working within a well-resourced and supported structure that includes dedicated clinical, allied health and hotel services.This truly is a leadership role working within established systems while thoroughly expanding your professional experience as a leader in aged care. Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting people living with Dementia
  • Customer-service focus with well-developed complaints resolution skills
  • Proficient in clinical systems
  • An understanding of the aged care accreditation process and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate effective HR management and rostering skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to lead and develop staff
  • Previous management and operational experience in the Aged Care industry
  • Current RN registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 

 Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of the AN-ACC Funding Model
  • Post graduate qualification in Aged Care, Health Administration or equivalent
