You will work collaboratively with our Clinical Nurse Specialist, Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses in upholding clinical excellence by promoting and driving a culture of continuous learning and development.In this varied role, some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) advising on clinical issues, driving AN-ACC, promoting best practice, assisting with admissions, medication management, documentation, managing staff and assisting the Executive Care Manager with rostering.Essential Criteria:Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experienceDemonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvementDemonstrated knowledge and experience in AN-ACCExtensive experience supporting consumers living with dementiaPrevious experience managing staffExcellent written and oral communication skillsWell-developed organisational skillsExperience with rosteringExperience in palliative care will be highly regardedAbout You:You will be an effective communicator and strong team player who is passionate about caring for consumers.
