You will utilise your clinical skills to deliver comprehensive assessments and care planning and provide support to the Deputy Care Manager. Your Experience:Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)At least 4 years post graduate clinical experiencePrior experience working in an aged care settingExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Effective time management skillsExperience working with clients living with dementia or a keen interest to learnReasonable computer skills with prior experience utilising an electronic health record programArea of specialisation that may be beneficial to the Aged Care industryWe would love to have a conversation with RNs who are either already working as a CNS or those who are looking to grow their career into management. The Role
