An exciting opportunity is available for a Client Experience Advisor to join our innovative, not-for-profit aged care organisation that spans trusted residential care, flexible home care, luxury retirement living and an active communal base.

In this six-month contract role, you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Montefiore's Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) program across our residential care campuses. About you

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically with clients, families and colleagues
  • Experience in sales coordination, client administration, customer account management or similar customer-focused roles
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement experience
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or a similarly regulated environment will be highly regarded
