The Role
You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare high quality food for our consumers. You will maintain the standards and cleanliness of the kitchen required by the Head Chef and be responsible for all dishes prepared in your assigned area.
About You
- Hospitality experience is essential
- Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations
- Proficiency in all aspects of food safety
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, and lead by example
- Fit and energetic, manual handling is involved
- Must be a good communicator and team player
- Able to take direction from other people
- Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised
- Must be reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
