Andrea began her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse more than 35 years ago in the United Kingdom, and moved to Australia in 2004. She has a wealth of experience in clinical and management positions, including 15 years in the aged care sector. Andrea is passionate about the areas of Quality, Compliance and Risk, always focused on achieving positive outcomes for our residents at Montefiore. Andrea is currently Acting General Manager of Quality & Compliance, a role in which she focuses on maintaining the ongoing accreditation of our services against the Aged Care Quality Standards,  driving continuous improvement across the organisation, and developing quality assurance initiatives in accordance with strategy, legislation, and internal policies. Her goal is to continue to improve services for the residents at Montefiore, maintaining the delivery of high-quality care, and achieving better practice standards.
