Alex Langham

Alex is a human resource professional with over 16 years’ experience. Prior to this Alex worked in the corporate fitness space and brings a combined depth of experience of 25 years in supporting people at work.

Prior to joining Montefiore in 2013, Alex worked in human resources roles across several different industries including hospitality with Hilton Hotels, the arts with a bespoke art framing business,  mining, health, insurance and rescue services to employees in the NSW mining sector.

Alex’s portfolio oversees the People & Culture areas across Montefiore supporting staff and managers with a strategic and operational focus.
