The position will be based at our Hunters Hill campus.Reporting to the Revenue Officer Manager, the primary objective of this key position is to manage the billing and funding of our residents’ accounts. Other key components of this position include, but are not limited to:  Attending to all telephone & reception enquiries regarding fees and accounts for Randwick Maroubra Shores and M by Montefiore (ILU)Recording all admissions, transfers and discharges of residents for Randwick, Maroubra Shores and M by Montefiore (ILU)Liaising with the Residential Admission Team regarding resident fees and paymentsGenerate funding and reconcile residents funding payment statementAccurately process Monthly and Fortnightly billingPayment receipting and processingEssential skills:Precise and well-developed office administration skillsHigh attention to detailStrong computer skillsStrong customer service focusWell-developed problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsCollaborative with can do attitudeDesirable Criteria:Previous experience in Aged Care and healthcare environmentAbout Us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
