Newly created position reporting into the Chief Information OfficerOpportunity to join an award-winning aged care providerFantastic opportunity to work on various projects throughout the organisationMontefiore is seeking to appoint a Database Systems Administrator to join the Information Technology Department in our Randwick campus. This is a newly created and essential position within the organisation, and as such we are seeking a commercially minded professional, with extensive database administration experience. This role offers a wide scope of exposure to varied systems.   Reporting to the CIO, the key to success in this position will be your ability to consult and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective process automation. Your diligence in meeting deadlines, compliance with procedures and your effective communication skills will be essential. You will be responsive to the needs of various business units and have a service orientated, helpful and friendly but professional approach.Some of the skillset that you possess, will include:Previous experience building BI platformsData integrationAPI integrationMiddleware integrationETL experienceEssential Criteria:Bachelor of Information Technology (or similar) or relevant certifications or proven hands-on experience ie. Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Data AnalysisBetween 5 to 10 years’ similar experience working as a DBAMS SQL Server experienceStrong time management skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems / issuesDemonstrated process improvement and database managementWell-developed data analytics skillsExperience with Salesforce – preferredWillingness to travel to other campuses as requiredIn conjunction with the essential criteria and the desired skillset, you enjoy being hands-on, have a strong work ethic and work well within a small team.
